Former President Bill Clinton with wife Hillary carry flowers to the memorial for victims of the terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Bringing bouquets of flowers from an Avas Flowers type of delivery service or flower shop to a memorial service, like the Clintons did, is quite customary and a nice way to show respect.
